Before reaching out
You'll get the fastest answer if your message includes:
- Which bridge model you have (Pro, v2 square, or v1 round)
- iOS version and device model
- Hue Lights version (Settings → About)
- A description of what you tried, and what happened
Common quick fixes
- Can't find the bridge? Check Settings → Hue Lights → Local Network is enabled.
- Bulb won't pair? Place it near the bridge and use Settings → Touchlink.
- New bulbs missing from scenes? Use Settings → Update Scenes → Update.
- Yellow looks green on new bulbs? Try the Amber preset.
